Across Q4 2025, volunteer groups linked to Scientology humanitarian campaigns reported multiple local activities across Europe. The quarter’s roundup featured community cleanups and practical civic service, alongside drug-prevention outreach and information campaigns and human-rights education based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights delivered through partner programmes.
Activities were reported in several countries including Italy, France, Czechia, Denmark and Switzerland, with volunteers working with local communities, small businesses and civic organisations. Some initiatives also referenced *The Way to Happiness*, a secular moral code written by L. Ron Hubbard, as a framework for everyday responsibility and respectful conduct.
